An offline site app for a civil contractor
Toolbox talks, sign-on and day sheets on the crew's phones, saved with no signal. By 4pm the office knows which job to ring.

The problem
Foremen filled in paper toolbox talks and day sheets, took photos of them, and dropped them into SharePoint. The office typed them up later. Around knock-off time nobody could say which jobs had sent today’s paperwork, and many sites have no phone signal.
What I built
With a small team, an installable web app that works offline. The crew do the morning toolbox and sign-on, then keep the day sheet with plant and photos, often in gloves or rain. Records save on the phone with no signal and send when signal returns, dated when they were done. Crew sign in with a name and PIN; the office signs in with Microsoft 365.
The office opens Jobs today and sees, per job, what has come in and what is missing. Admin covers people, machines and clients. We loaded the contractor’s 40 machines straight from their plant spreadsheet.
The result
The crew record the day once, on site. The office checks one screen before knock-off and rings the foreman about the gap, instead of typing up photos of paper.
