4 roles

90 days

signed in on a phone, Microsoft or PIN

The problem

The crew worked from paper and phone calls. Each morning the office set who went where by hand, and at the end of the week someone typed up timesheets and chased missing days. Jobs lived in one system, vehicle trips in another, and nothing joined them up.

What I built

A phone-first app for the crew and a desktop side for the office. Crew open My day and see today’s job, the site and who else is on it. They fill each day’s timesheet from their ute’s Cartrack trips, then confirm the week. A “Tell us” button sends love, hate or wish straight to the office.

The office plans Who’s where, reads jobs from the inventory system every 15 minutes, and checks, approves and exports hours for payroll. Sign-in is the company’s Microsoft account, with a PIN for the few without one. Pay and leave stay visible to the owner only.

The result

The crew record their day once, on the phone. The office sees which weeks are ready to approve and which need a call, instead of chasing paper. Releases ship with plain-English notes so staff know what changed.
